Add to these the search for perfect integration with the surrounding environment through careful study of native plants, materials and architectures that are characteristic of the area.

The most important thing for us is to understand the personality, style and desires of those who will live in this garden. Materially the first step is to make a complete survey and a snapshot of the current situation of the site, as well as to discuss all the emotional aspects and architectural perspectives in one or more meetings with the client.

Materially the first step is to carry out a topographic survey with the technique of aerial photography with a drone. To this must be added a series of accurate videos and photos of the current state of the site. All this digitized material will be indispensable for the design stage “in the studio”.

The implementation of the project idea is summarized in a planimetric map, a summary of the detailed analysis of the elements resulting from the previous steps. All the technical/stylistic details will be discussed later on and an idea can already be had of the budget allocated to the project.

Presentation of the garden project in 3D. The video presentation in very high definition (4K) in the new multimedia room in Pellegrini Giardini‘s headquarters of the project created with the “Real 3D garden design” technique will give the client an extraordinary immersive virtual representation. Buildings, stairs, swimming pool: every element in the virtual garden is represented in 1:1 scale. The impression of walking among flowers and trees, with the leaves moving in the wind, is absolutely realistic!

Moreover, the “Real 3d Garden Design” will make it possible to assess the correctness and enjoyability of all the stylistic and architectural choices made in the previous design phases.

After agreeing on the general style of the project with the client, in this stage we go into detail discussing all the technical and stylistic details presented in our Pellegrini Landscaping & Architectural Designing Office. Choice of materials, presentation of the graphic designs of the architectural structures, sections and elevations.

1. technical study of the fully automatedirrigation system , controlled “on site” by humidity sensors on which you can act remotely by means of an application that can be downloaded to your mobile phone;

2. design of the night scene with lighting systems with very low energy consumption, produced by a partner company to our specifications

3. outdoor entertainment system, sounds for play or relaxation spaces with innovative acoustic systems, also with COR-TEN® effect

4. implementation of integrated security systems for the protection of the building but, above all, of those who live there.
