A space completely left to itself, not usable and the desire to create something beautiful and useful … a garden! A small garden but if well designed and equipped we can use it all year round, because it is protected from the wind and in full sun. These are the things to do:
- a pergola
- a new floor
- something to embellish the really horrible concrete back wall
- garden furniture
The result surprised us too! The Bioclimatic pergola, in white aluminum with adjustable slatted roof, creates shade or light whenever we want, a real technological innovation. The existing flooring was covered with large tiles of Tagina cotto-effect glazed porcelain, the result … a small elegant and tidy space. The concrete wall at the back has always been a great nuisance and that's why we used wooden grills to cover it, but now with the vertical garden, everything has changed, it almost doesn’t seem to be in a town, it's no longer so hot in summer and there are also fewer mosquitoes … now we have our Oasis!
