We started from scratch, asking the architect, who worked closely with the landscape designers from Pellegrini Giardini, to design and create a Mediterranean garden completely in harmony with the surrounding environment. The modern, minimalist villa has been enhanced with flower beds featuring native Mediterranean plants, helping to restore the biodiversity of the area. The color palette and vegetation used for our home reflect the typical landscape of Monte Conero… Simple and stunning both in appearance and ease of maintenance!
We perfectly met our needs by also installing an elegant green roof with a sea view, which, thanks to the wooden flooring, transforms into a bright and relaxing solarium.
