We had the pleasure of designing and creating the garden for the beautiful operational and executive headquarters of the language services company Intrawelt. The transformation of this 19th-century villa originates from the project by Architect Rossana Orienti, who enhanced a structure already rich in history and architectural details.

The creation of the garden for this company headquarters began with studying the significant elevation difference between the main structure and the parking area reserved for the company’s clients. Together with the architect, we opted to build a large staircase in “lapis tiburtinus” commonly known as “travertine,” typical of the Marche region.

The two levels of terrain adjacent to the staircase were greened with patches of flowering plants and colorful shrubs that retain the soil. These typical native shrubs are aesthetically in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, enhancing it with their ornamental value. Additionally, they have the dual function and advantage of reducing garden maintenance operations. Finally, the area surrounding the historic “Villetta Rosina” was completed with a rustic-style lawn and the large specimen trees already present in that area, preserving the villa’s landscape heritage.

The bond we have created with Villetta Rosina is a bond that comes from afar, rooted in the history of translators’ work, feeling part of a large community of professionals who, every day, put their skills at the service of helping people and businesses communicate, understand each other, and live well. Rosa Calzecchi Onesti was a figure who made history in Italian translation, and every day we feel the responsibility to carry on her tradition by providing our clients with language services that are always of the highest quality standards. And when we move to the new headquarters, this responsibility will be even greater.” (www.intrawelt.com)
