The park of our ancient restored and renovated farmhouse in all its splendor.
We had long been looking for expert figures to create the park surrounding our ancient farmhouse. We discovered the landscape designers from Pellegrini Giardini while browsing the web and were struck by the elegance of their projects. Our particular need was to enhance the beautiful farmhouse, typical of the Marche countryside and made of stone and brick.
From the very beginning, we sensed a special attention to our needs and a quick ability to understand what we wanted. First, they designed the stone entrance gates with corten details, outlined by a refined bloom of red Mirato Roses and towering Cypress trees about 7 meters high. Next came the internal parking areas and entrances, which were separated from the other garden areas by a filter of native trees and shrubs typical of Mediterranean vegetation.
At the back of the villa, a wooden pergola was designed against the structure, decorated with fragrant Wisteria to create a truly sophisticated living area, closely connected to the kitchen. The existing trees were pruned and enhanced, left in their natural aspect to almost create an island in the garden. Next to this particularly shaded area, we placed a bioclimatic pergola enclosed in glass, complete with a mini spa pool to enjoy the outdoors even in the colder seasons.
The last area of the garden is dedicated to the swimming pool. We chose a ‘classic’ one with Ipè wood decking and shade sails, surrounded by beautiful and colorful mixed blooms.
The final result was even better than we imagined, and now we have a splendid Mediterranean garden created just for us.
