Resolution no. 1/2014 on hanging gardens approved in April by the Ministry of the Environment through the Committee for the development of public green areas, as an extension of Italian Law no. 10 of January 14, 2013, is a new rule that provides for a tax deduction of 50% for restructuring carried out between June 26, 2012 and December 31, 2014, rising to 40% for the period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, with the aim of encouraging and incentivising the creation of green areas as much as possible.
